Gaelic Chieftain — Limited Edition Signed Print
One of Ireland’s most striking and recognisable landmarks. The Gaelic Chieftain is a magnificent metal statue that stands proud over the Curlew Mountains — the site of a fierce and historic battle fought over 500 years ago, where Irish chieftains defended their land against English forces. Today the statue gazes out over sweeping views across Lough Arrow and Lough Key near Boyle, County Roscommon, a powerful symbol of Irish resilience and heritage.
This limited edition print is reproduced from an original acrylic painting by Margaret Rattigan, created in June 2023 and sold during the Boyle Arts Festival.
